Hello,

A user has filtered the Sales Order list table and I cannot clear all
filters.

I have tried View|Show All and the Show All button on the toolbar but it
still displayes FILTER on the Status Bar. If I try and open a sales order
that is not on the filtered list, it will open the closest order no of the
filtered list to the number required.

I have also tried F1 help with no success and hope someone might know a
quick fix!

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,
Elizabeth

P.S. I am using Mycrosoft Dynamics NAV version 5.0

Yes, there appears to be no flow filters set.

All logins on other PC's are showing the Sales Order List table correctly.
That one user login was ok early today. It occured when a user was trying to
filter out by Customer Name using the field filter on the toolbar. The user
closed the Sales Order list and then the next time that it was opened it was
filtered.

The List Form copies the filters from the Card Form when it opens.
I'm quite sure you'll solve the problem by deleting the filters while on the
Card Form.

Also check whether the user set the filter on the header or the line. If
clearing those doesn't work, the next thing is deleting the zup file.

Hi, whenever I go in to look for invoices the filter is applied. So I have to
remove the filter every single time I go into a vendor to find invoices.
Is there a way to remove all the filters and keep it that way until I WANT
to apply the filters again.
I never use filters so I dont know why every time I go into the vendor there
are filters.
Thank you
