Color Space conversion filter problem on WinCE6.0 platform.

I am creating a DirectShow graph for Camera application.

The color space converter is needed to convert the video format.

When we add the color converter filter in capture as well as in render path
only capture or render will successful which pin is render first.

I write our own color conversion code and try to insert in second path its
working fine.

Please suggest is there any problem with color space converter of Microsoft
on WinCE6 or I am doing some wrong procedure.
