DirectX to display TV within Windows app?

I have a TV tuner card and can display TV on my PC via the software that
comes with it. But I really need to display the TV feed within my C# win
app in a
form.

Any idea if this can be done or how to go about it? Does DirectX allow me
to play TV somehow? If so, I would guess I could use a DirectX control
within my Windows form?
