I'm trying to find the help topic on what tools I need to turn on where I 'm
replying to an email, and my reply can be inserted in the original message in
a different color which serves to answer questions without have to retype
their whole question in my just 'reply' button. Help!

That capability you desire is dependent on the email program you are using.
