My personal page has the Encarta module - Word for the day...Well, the words
in this box would change every day. But, as of this date, I've had the same
three (3) words : cyclamen, chasten & bemuse...and I pretty much know their
definitions by now. Everything else on my homepage changes w/ current
happenings but Encarta. Are they out of business???

I don't know that it is "out of business" - though the Encarta product ended as
of October, so it may be.
The modules are still available to add to my.msn.com, so perhaps it is simply a
feed issue. We've seen this happen before where a module stops updating for a
while.

Steve - Thanks for your reply. If there is a "feed" to MSN issue...are you
aware of plans to get an alternative or a better "feed". If this issue is
temporary - how long would that be or...do I need to contact MSN Support to
get a more definitive answer. If so, can you direct me to the proper phone
and/or website?? THX K

No, if there is a problem on the back end with the content feed, it could be a
while before they resolve it. It wouldn't hurt to contact MSN support to report
it. I don't know that you'll get a definitive answer.

On http://my.msn.com in the lower right, click the feedback link. In the new
window that opens, there is a link for contacting MSN.
