How do I change from MSNBC news to one with less spin? GE has turned MSNBC
into Marxist propaganda. I like the MSN front page, but I cannot stand the
news. I have tried several times to change, but I am frustrated now that it
won't. Can someone help....it is supposed to be customized easily.

Thank you, David

"turned"? I think GE has been involved with MSNBC through it's NBC news
division since MSNBC's origins as a Microsoft/NBC news partnership.

You're a little vague about what your problem is. Are you having trouble
accessing other news sites? Is some error message appearing when you
type the URL of other news site in your browser's address bar? Are you
seeking a msn portal page with news from some site other than MSNBC/NBC
(lot's of luck with that!)?

Are you having trouble changing your browser's home page? Which browser
are you using (include version number - look for an "About" command on
the "Help" menu)? Are you getting error messages when you try to change
the browser's home page? Is the home page reverting to MSN after you
access the dialog to change it? Are you running any security software
like an anti-virus or anti-spyware/adware software that "protects" the
home page setting?

I usually only watch front page myself. I guess I don't like old news.
What part of the news channel are you watching rhat gets you so up in the
air? Is it some sort of a host program? I'm curious! Usually it is pretty
difficult to slant a newscast brief, of course unless it pertains to
politics.

Anyway I have occasionally switched to Fox news for some broadcast a friend
has mentioned' But like you I usually look at frontline newscast. I havn't
tried Fox lately but I never had any problem getting them in the past
Anyway David I wish you luck in finding a suitable newscast program that
tells it the way it is. Let us know when you do. We all might want to pick
up on something that leaves politics out of it, and is not slanted.

many regards, Michael
