news modules dont update very often

does anyone know why the msnbc news and weather news modules dont update
often? ,news is always stale ,even if refresh and re boot stays the same for
weeks and months sometimes . this is the modules on my msn page ,,widows xp
home ,sp2 ,and several computers all do the same ,all run fine otherwise .
-- somethimes i have complained to feed back and they soon update ,,then
stop updating again,, is someone sleeping in their chair ,thats suspose to be
updating?
