msniasvc: not responding

i am running 98se,,p3 with MSN,,,,problems with messenger since 6.1 update,,
i deleted the registry key,,,deleted the programfile folder,,went to install
folder and reinstall 6.1,,,reset my connection data and fired
up..........almost right away browser
froze,,,msniasvc not responding,,,ended that task,,then msn went to no
response..
need help folks........two computers suffering this problem....

delete the file from here:

C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNIA\MSNIASVC.EXE

u dont need it.

Then go to Internet Options --> Connection

to change to "Never Dial a connection"

If its in use by windows and won't let you delete it try
to stick it in recycle bin to delete on next boot-up.or go
into safe mode and delete it. It won't harm ur pc in any
way
