Windows Live Hotmail and MSN Hotmail are current experiencing an
outage, so you may not be able to access your account.

We anticipate the outage being resolved after 4:00 PM PST on Thursday,
April 12th.

If you are experiencing another problem once you're able to sign into
your account, please reply back to this message.

All of my personal folders that are under the files on your computer are gone. I would like to get them back. Please let me know how.
