DiSH,

I asked you before if you used MSN Internet Access, and you never answered.
Apparently you are. Is there anything we can do to help?

Best Regards,

<netnews.msn.com>.

Several have posted the error message ---- including myself.

Thank you.

I don't know if U-no-Hoo still posts to annexcafe, but check his message
headers there :-)

Gotta run - got a big pre-trial IC this afternoon that we have to finish
getting ready for.

As far as Netnews. this is a problem (known) with netnews. I am unaware of
any work around, and have dealt with it myself.

jason,
If you've not figured it out by now, I'd suggest you review the posts on
this server over the last couple days/weeks/months.
Re: your two problems,

>>>An unknown error has occurred. Subject '', Account: 'pop.runbox.com',
> > > | Server: 'secure.smtp.email.msn.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response:
> > > '452
> > > | Unable to accept message because the server is out of disk space.'
is really pretty clear, despite the "an unknown error has occurred" BS.
"....because the server is out of disk space" doesn't leave much to the
imagination.

The second issue, notnews, is same 'ol, same 'ol. Been going on for years
and anyone with even a whit of honesty would respond with the truth.

Shills do what shills do.
"post your specific error message"
"is there anything we can do to help"
drivel, is just that, drivel posted by those who are interested only in
seeing their names in lights, upping their "count" for renewal of a title
that they have rendered meaningless by virtue of their individual actions,
or just plain puffing out their chests. Sad part is the reflection on the
overall group of mvps - the vast majority of which are truly worthy. The old
"one bad apple" thing.....

When you review the posts, see if it takes more than one hand on which to
count *all* of the posts in which the esteemed mvpbk has actually provided
any "help"

Oh, and don't forget to count all those posts he made without including his
"title".
As you know, after months of protesting that "not including my sig in NG
posts is impossible with OE, it just can't be (automatically) done......."
Someone (Tom?) had to show him how (for the third or fourth time). At that
point the "expert" replied something to the effect "I'm doing that now".
Apparently, lack of ability to actually help and extreme short term memory
loss, go hand in hand.

I use AOL as a backup for MSN and yes their browser interface does stink(so
I user IE for a browser).
But I can access(both send and receive) ALL my POP3 accounts using Outlook
Express and with no problems.
