No, it's not. What you can do is to use Windows Messenger & MSN Messenger
simultaneously.

If you are running Virtual PC you could run a copy of MSN Messenger in the
VPC OS.

Although you can't sign in with the same passport account. You would have
to have 2 seperate passports for this to work.

You can use multiple copies of MSN at the same time using a "polygamy"
patch, available with Messenger Plus! (www.msgplus.net). You would need to
log in with different Passport accounts to be able to take advantage of this
feature. Of course, Messenger Plus! is not supported by Microsoft, so user
beware.
