It only applies to a single account.
If available for your market, you should be able to sign up from here:

Thanks

I don't have a UK link, and I don't even know what markets it is available in.
See if this link gets you further - http://join.msn.com/hotmailplus/features-std

Stephen,
I spent some time on the uk.msn page and also couldn't find any content on uk specific for Hotmail Plus. No mention either of
Hotmail Plus on windowslive.uk.msn.com or windowslive.uk.msn.com/get-live/.

One can navigate a rather indirect route and end up at join.msn.com finding the Hotmail Plus link to signup for $19.95 US. The plan
details has this line item comment on promotional offers.
"You must agree to the Windows Live Terms of Use to access the service. Prices are subject to change. A major credit card is
required. Internet access service not provided. Promotional offers only available to new subscribers, in the 50 United States, the
District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico."

The UK Msn home page http://uk.msn.com/ is quite lengthy with a boatload of additional include 'modules' and links.

What happens if you attempt to sign up for U.S. Hotmail Plus and then
attempt to pay using a U.K. Visa? There is no barrier to actually using the
service from another country.

Cordialment,

Earle

Next trip across the pond, apply for one, test upon return, let us know the results.

I don't know how I would get a UK Visa. I have no financial presence there.
The UK guy should try it. After spending a few hours in Heathrow, I became
impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Spanish bureaucracy.
That's saying a lot.

Cheers,

Earle
