Pathetic.

Stupid folders with no control over them, loads a webpage with every
message, takes forever just to delete a message, then it's still there,
cannot apply rules to web-based mail.

My pop3 is 99.999% reliable and uses all the features provided in most any mail client.

My web-based email has the same reliability with robust, yet simple to use, features that a lot of web-based users would kill for.

One email address that's accessed using either method (simultaneously if I choose) from any internet accessed computer, anywhere I choose.

Ya know Slip, if msn were to offer just the three simple things listed above, I'd have a lot less of them to bitch about.  A LOT!

A simple ISP out here in the middle of the desert in eastern Washington (although we have one of the largest concentrations of scientific minds in the world located here) can make it all so easy and the giant in the business can't/won't.

Must be using the ***FREE*** Hotmail. MSN Web Based mail doesn't load web
pages in Outlook 2002. Good thing you don't pay for Hotmail.

jf,
Sorry, but I can't agree with the logic.
Just because Rover has 4 legs and all cows have four legs - doesn't make Rover a cow <g>.

The fact that:
"A simple ISP out here in the middle of the desert in eastern Washington (although we have one of the largest concentrations of scientific minds in the world located here) can make it all so easy and the giant in the business can't/won't."

misses the mark...
It's not *can't OR won't*

It's - "doesn't want too" and is firmly entrenched in the philosophy that says "we don't have to if we don't want to" customers be damned.
"As long as we have this merry band of shills - what else do we need?"

PS - anyone seen any of the 5 or 6 posts I submitted in the last 24 hours?
Thought not.
That's a fact that I'm sure will bring joy to the hearts of closed mind set.

I will have to create another account and see how that looks. Yes, I was
using a hotmail account.
