Hi,

My boss has somehow switched his view of the MSN homepage to what I am
assuming is "Narrow view". It doesn't take up the full width of his screen
and the news section you have to scroll down to see it.
Checking Help it says to go to "Page Options" in the MSN header bar and
switch back to normal view. The problem is there is no "Page Options" in the
header bar that I can see. All I can find is "Customize you page" on the side
bar, but there is no narrow/normal switch.

How can I change his view back to "normal"

TIA

To better aid either of you please provide

1. Msn homepage ?
- msn.com
- my.msn.com

2. Operating System(XP, Vista etc) ?

3. Browser(IE6, 7, 8) ?

4. If installed the version of MSN Premium software ?

5. Msn Toolbar installed ?
- if so, is it the latest version ?

Lacking the above information...the Help(found on the bottom lower right) for the msn.com home page does not reference a
configurable option. It does instruct one to adjust the screen resolution using Windows available options via the Control panel
<qp>
How can I see MSN.com without having to scroll from left to right?
By adjusting your computer’s screen resolution, you can see the entire homepage without scrolling left or right. Choosing a higher
screen resolution will allow you to see more objects on the screen at once. Adjusting your screen resolution is a simple and quick
process that varies according to the operating system (OS) of the computer.
