I am not able to open my hotmail account. When I try to
sign in it opens a screen for me to purchase a larger
hotmail service. Hitting the MSN link they ask me to put
in my password & it goes right back to the same screen.
Can anyone help me?

Sorry about the unhelpful answers you already got - those two are not real
MVPs, though they try to make people think that they are :o(
You are able to bypass the problematic sign-in screen - have a look here for
