I heard that Hotmail may charge its users some time in the future .Is it
true ?
And please also mention if this is true ,from when it won't be a free Email
.

Not true, though there may be an optional 'premium' service in the future.

There is no way of knowing (it's not known at this time - at least by us out here in the *real* world) what ms/msn may(?) do from moment to moment!

There are currently no plans to charge hotmail users for the basic account..

Yet none of us should be so narrow to suggest that outside circumstances(time, market, insufficient advertising revenue, competition, etc) could eventually result in a future requisite fee..

It's also not too presumptuous to believe that Msft roles whatever cost or part of said cost into the pricing for Windows, Office, and other software..

Next time you use hotmail..be sure to thank a few hundred million people for supporting the free web based email account<s>
