hummm...
didn't work for me.

IM (would that be the correct 'pidgeon english' counterpart for "your"?) a "paying msn customer",
Called the number you suggested.
After two hang ups and a 20 minute "please hold"...I finally got to a live "tech support" person.
Asked for "john foulke".
Was told he didn't exist.
"OK", I said, "john told me to call this number and you would help, my question is "HOW DO I CHANGE MY INITIAL PASSWORD?"

damian (yeh right) responds with, "Initial password for what?"

val replies, "Initial password for logging on as 'administrator' for our corporate lan, of course"

damian says, "why on earth would you call here asking for that info?"

val say, "because your (or is it you're?) Mssr. John Foulke (mach3 msn tech) told me to"

sicily sign in screen "This way to the best of the internet". So

That really depends on what the password is
for. "Initial" could mean lots of things, for instance,
it could mean your Windows password. Or it could mean
your MSN Internet Access password. Or it could be the
password for your collection of Barbie Doll photos.

Without more information from you, there can be no useful
information from us.

And turn off your CAPS LOCK key. Shouting is rude.

From these post you can assume that he has forgotten his password for
his pop3 email or am I mistaken. Considering they came from the same
poster
