Off Line For 72 Hours?

My folks called Tech Support today. They told them that they wiil NOT be able
to get back on line for 72 hours!!! They offered NO explanation for this
other than it was a problem at their end. They offered NO refund, no discount
for this month or anything else for this MAJOR inconvience that's already
been going on for 24 hours!
They talked to 8 different techs. Got NO help and were passed from person to
person. Interesting thing is..one of the techs said their second phone line
would not be connected up till tomorrow!!! It's been up and going for 2
weeks, we've been on line with it and no tech at your place had any of our
account info correct or could offer any logical explanation for this problem
but, suffice it to say, service here resembles a vaccuum. It sucks.

What are you referring to? It sounds to me as if you are speaking about the
local telco service. This discussion group is for MSN subscribers using dial-up
to connect to the Internet using MSN Internet Access.
