I emptied out my Junk Mail folder, and there was something there I wanted to
keep. I didn't set it until I pressed the empty folder button. Is there a way
to retrieve it?

Go to the Hotmail forums at WindowsLiveHelp.com. There is a forum category for
email recovery.
