"I will be glad to get this issue escalated internally, if you email the
affected msn username to my microsoft.com account (beritb)."
So, email the requested information to beritb
The rest of the email would be the @ symbol
and microsoft.com
She will help sort you out.
Alternatively, you can sign into http://support.msn.com and see your support
options as a subscriber.

Hopefully this can be resolved
Your account limit has been reset, so all should be well now.
Take care,

We're having trouble in MSN email. We're getting an error 0x85ad3206 saying
that User has maxed out their sync relationship quota. Customer can access
email through verizon webmail/netmail and not having problem with it. So,
basically the problem that our cx is having right now has something to do
with MSN browser or software. Can you help us with this.?

I don't have conclusive proof on this, but I think it has occurred all 3
times when I've tried to send emails with large attachments -- twice it was
an mp3 and once it was a pdf. Attachments were between 4-6 mb, which I
didn't think were that large and I could have sworn I've sent stuff that big
before without a problem.
Anyway, again, maybe I'm dreaming, but I think what fixed the issue was
sending an e-mail to myself from the locked account. It worked just now and
I'm pretty sure that's what I did last time it happened.
Just thought I'd post this in case it helps anyone. Anything's better than
having to navigate the so-called phone 'support' options.

Marcel: PART I. Delete old database files to refresh settings. This will
make the software regenerate a new file from the servers.
1. Sign out of MSN.
2. Set the computer to display hidden files and folders by following the
steps below:
a. Click on Start or Windows Orb then click on Control Panel.
b. In the Control Panel window, make sure that “Classic View” is selected on
the left column. If it is not, click on Classic View to activate it.
c. Double-click on the Folder Options icon.
d. In the Folder Options window, click on View at the top.
e. In the Advanced Settings section, look for Hidden files and folders.
Click on Show hidden files and folders just below it.
f. Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types and Hide protected operating
system files (Recommended).
g. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm.
h. Click Apply then OK. This will close the Folder Options window.
i. Close the Control Panel window.
3. Click on Start of Windows Orb, then type %USERPROFILE% in the Start
Search box at the bottom then click OK.
4. Double-click the AppData folder.
5. Double-click the Local folder.
6. Double-click the Microsoft folder.
7. Double-click the MSN folder.
8. Open the db30 folder
9. Select then Delete both the files with your MSN username that ends with
.sdf. To make it easier to look for the SDF files, please click on the top
most bar “Type”, to arrange the files according to file type.
Note:
The SDF file should be something like JLJeeper-msn-com.sdf
Please delete both SDF file.
10. Close Folder and then proceed to next PART.
PART II. Refresh the database folders.
1. If you are signed in to MSN, click Sign Out, and then click Sign out and
close.
2. Start MSN, but do not sign in. When the sign-in screen appears, press and
hold down the CTRL key, then press and hold down the SHIFT key, then press
the F9 key. You don’t have to worry about the prompt messages because all
information will be downloaded once the MSN Software resynchronizes.
3. When you are prompted to confirm your action, click Yes, and then click
Yes again.
4. Restart MSN, and then sign in.
5. Check your mail. You may need to wait for 10-15 minutes while the
software re-synchronizes all the information.
This is what fixed my MSN inbox eror

Hello, Ian.
I can't speak for Berit, but I can post the information that she posted earlier
in the thread. Do note that you should first contact MSN Support as a Premium
customer - http://support.msn.com or post to http://windowslivehelp.com in the
Hotmail forums as Support has the ability to resolve this problem.

Hi J,
The Max Synch Relationship error is server based, so reinstalling the client
will not fix it. We have a tool on our end that needs to be run. I aplogize
if our support folks had you go through the reinstall.
I will be glad to get this issue escalated internally, if you email the
affected msn username to my microsoft.com account (beritb).
Take care,
Berit"
