Is there away in the unattended install file to change the default location
of the Q directories to another location or another drive

No. Assuming you're running MSMQ2 on Windows 2000, the valid options for an
unattended install file are explained in the Windows 2000 help under:
Application and Programming Tools

\ Message Queuing

\ Concepts

\ Using Message Queuing

\ Installing Message Queuing

\ Running Message Queuing unattended setup

You can also change the location of the directories through the Message
Queuing applet in Control Panel once installation is completed.

If you're running MSMQ1 on NT4, you can specify the directory where the
MSMQ program files go (C:\Program Files\MSMQ by default) in the unattended
install file, but not the location of the storage directory. Please
