Windows 10 IoT Mobile Enterprise and MSMQ?

Hi All,
I'm writing a UWP app which will run on a ruggedised handheld device. The operating system being used is Windows 10 IoT Mobile Enterprise. In order to achieve synchronisation of data from the device back to a database we want to use MSMQ but I cannot find any information on whether MSMQ is compatible with this version of Windows. I suspect it isn't but can anyone confirm?
If I cannot use MSMQ what are the alternatives? Can i use RabbitMQ?
