MSMQ + AD + XEN

Hello
I'm facing a problem during installation of MSMQ Server + MSMQ
Directory. Situation looks like this:
1. I'm coping server in XEN (w2k8 r2 standard) which is disconnected
from AD
2. I'm changing the name of this machine - restart
3. I'm joining this server to AD (with out any problems) - restart
4. I'm installing MSMQ Server + MSMQ Directory (by Powershell'a/ CMD /
GUI)

And this is a moment where my problem is showing up. I don't have
public queue. The only way I can figure out how to finally get it is
to uninstall those two features (required restart) and install them
again.
Is there a way to avoid this double installation ??
