I found there are so many "Remote Machine Not Available" errors while people use MSMQ.
It's really a bad design by MS.
Moreever, I could not find more details about this error and there are no hints on solving this issue.

Hi Jiang,
GO to Computer Management=> Services and Application => Message Queuing
1) Right click on Message Queuing and select properties then select Server Security tab and un check the Disable Un-authenticated RPC Calls.
2) Expand the Private Queues, Select yours queue and right click and go to security tab then give full control to ANONYMOUS LOGON.
