Hi All,

I have a domain (windows 2008) that uses message queueing. We have an
application that reads the messages in the queue and allows us to process
them. When we install this program on any server in the domain it works
correctly. We have another domain (windows 2003) that has a network link to
the 2008 domain but no trust relationship or anything between them. If we run
the program from a PC on the 2003 domain, we get access denied or queue
doesn't exist. We have added anonymous user to the permissions on the queue
but stil nothing. Any help or pointers in the right direction would be
appreciated.

Thanks,

Lee.

I'm assuming the queue exists on a machine in one domain and the PC on the
other domain when you get the problem? Are the domains in the same forest?
If not you will need to use direct format names. Do you know if this is the
case?

See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms700996(VS.85).aspx for more
details.

Regards, Paul.
