My Sidewinder Precision Pro gameport joystick came with a USB adapter. Does
anyone know if this adapter can be used with the MS FF gameport wheel?

If the product in question didn't come with a USB adapter, taking a USB adapter from another product and using it on the product in question will probably lead to failure.

The device in question must be designed with USB functionality in mind. If the device cannot support USB, no adapter will make it work (note: this is in the case for joysticks/wheels/gamepads)

Hope this helps

The adapter would allow the PP to work in analog mode. The FFB wheel was digital only. There is no converter that will work with it at this time. There are discussions going on here that may bear fruit in the near future...

This converter does currently work with the 3D Pro, 3D Pro Plus, Precision Pro, and Force Feedback Pro joysticks.
