Couple of Question on MSF Agile

Hi,

I'm having a project for deploying SPPS 2003 + K2.NET workflow
processes. I'm the only one who involved in this project. I suppose
that beginning with MSF Agile to maintain the lifecycle will be very
useful and beneficial. I don't know how to start, i've MS source of
Agile but there is no project file template, I'm trying to develop a
project template for MSF Agile depending on the order of written roles.
Is this seems to be OK? Also, I need to know what is your
recommendation?
