Error Message 80072ee2 means provider has timed out

I have changed providers from Telstra/Bigpond due to their overcharging me
with additional internet usage. I saw the ad on the television for the Dodo
package & signed up with them. Dodo provided me with a 3G wireless USB
connection which I find is the problem causing the above error message, hence
dropping out all the time, I have adjusted settings to no avail. I have
communicated with Dodo without success. Frankly I am extremely disappointed
at all the hype with Dodo's advertising and promises, Telstra/Bigpond's
refusal to acknowledge me as not using an exorbitant amount of usage (nor did
anyone else). I'm beginning to loathe using the computer as it is such a
time waster. It may be easy for some of you to pay for new this and that,
but it seems to be how long is a piece of string ...
