I know of a couple sites:
In Newsgroups
On this same server is
microsoft.public.inetexplorer.ie4.outlookexpress.msagent but is not use very
often.
Better ones are the Just for fun Club newsgroups (They're all the same, just
different ways of getting there.)
news://netnews.msn.com/alt.clubs.just-for-fun you need to check need to log
on
news://news.earthlink.net/alt.clubs.just-for-fun no log on needed
news://news.gibralter.net/alt.clubs.just-for-fun no log on needed

On the web are the several Agentring web sites. One of the links is

The just for fun club is not on the ring, but uses agents on some of their
pages
