Being asked to install MSagent even though it is already installed?

Hi Guys

I am having an issue with a user on Windows XP and the MS Agent. We
have installed a new finance system that uses MS Agent during use. For
some reason this laptop is asking for us to install MS Agent even
though it is already installed.

I have tried re-installing it from the exe but I get the same error.

The only thing that I can see is that the laptop has 2 partitions, the
windows folder is located on the D: drive. Could this be causing the
problem?
