after being notified that the portfolio manager was being cancelled, i
changed to the new one that was suggested. where is it???????? i went to it
today with the message that it had been cancelled!! microsoft answers are
useless and this is the 2nd time this has happened.

HOW DO I GET MY INFO BACK? I THOUGHT SWITCHING TO THE NEW ONE WEEKS AGO
WOULD SUFFICE. BUT MICROSOFT HAD OTHER IDEAS.

I was just forced to the new one today and my stocks where there. I think it
took it from a backup, not the closing from last night. It appears to have
everything correct except a few errors with already sold stock. Click this
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/176841 and it will download the new program
again.

Good luck.

This article is from 2008 and focuses on the retired Deluxe Portfolio
Manager. If I clik on the links it provides, I go to the useless page for the
new porfolio manager that does not display and data.

The new one is what you install in the "more information" area.
