Transaction downloads

I have been trying to download transactions from one
credit card using their website. It shows that I am
downloading a file - then my Money page in Money shows new
unread transactions - but when I open the account no new
transactions show in the register. if I redo it
more "unread" transactions show on the home page - but
again no transactions in the register.

I have the exact same problem, I have three accounts, two
are doing okay, one, it says that the info has been
imported but the transactions are not appearing in the
register... 'elp!!!! please

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles.

Then open Money with Start->Run and entering
"msmoney -s" without the quotes into the box.

Also, the group for Microsoft Money is microsoft.public.money.
