money keeps freezing even after Bills deleted and standard file repair.

I have the same problem coming from Money 2006 , which worked fine.. I did what was recomended here , but it did NOT solve the problem. Could not find anything in the MS web about this problem.

I would first go to Tools->Settings->ProgramSettings and set the
(GeneralDisplay:)StartMoneyWithThisPageOpen:AccountList

That should speed up your starting, if you are opening slowly. If
things hang indefinately rather than going slowly, open Money to a
different Money file, and apply that setting.

Then Tools->Settings->HomePageDisplayOptions and Remove the
BillsAndDeposits and SpendingTracker modules. If you still have a
problem when you go to the "home" page, remove all modules. If the
problem goes away, you can add things back until the crash does not
happen. Add back in the other things you want on the home page.
Let us know which was the problem module.
