Money 98 crashed in one of the online sessions when updating the
account with the statement just read in. There were 3 transactions
left unprocessed when it crashed. Now whenever I go to Statement and
Balances screen and do Update Account Register, nothing happens (my
account does not get updated and the transactions remain) and more and
more transactions have accumulated. I tried disabling online banking
for that account and the re-enabling it. I also tried re-installing
Money 98 as Microsoft tech support suggested. The annoying problem
persists. Anyone has a solution for this? TIA.

Hi Calvin,

Lets try to disable the problem account yet again, then re-enable it. You
should make a connection, asking only for statement info for the problem
account. It is very important that you save your FIRST send and receive
file - so that we can review it and see what in the data is hanging your
file.

Hi Kim:

I have saved the *.NPC and *.NPD files. What next?
One thing that I notice after re-enabling the account: it shows 1
transaction in the Statements and Balances screen for the account even
though I haven't started using it.
Thanks.
