I am having a problem opening up my Money program. I get
an error message that states "End User Agreement" must
open and I have to agree to the terms before the program
will open. I have never had this problem before - it
just started today. I have already uninstalled and
reinstalled the program, but it didn't correct the
problem.

I am experiencing the same problem with Money 2002. Already tried what the
KB article recommends, but didn't fix the problem.
