Notification for new MP versions

Hi,
Our network doesn't have Internet connection, therefore we cannot use
Microsoft Management Pack Notifier for Microsoft Operations Manager 2005.
I am looking for newsletter/blog/something with notification for all new MP
versions.
The MP catalog on http://www.microsoft.com/management/mma/catalog.aspx is
useless:
there are no update date - just RTM date; some MP not listed in catalog: for
example
Microsoft Windows Base Operating System MOM 2005 SP1 MP.

Are you sure about this? I am signed up for that newsletter and I have
never received any notifications about management pack releases. I
would be interested to see if other people are receiving notifications.

I am looking into newsletter archive.
It doesn't have new versions MP announcements, only some new MP advertising.
Also, only 2 newsletters was in 2005.

Daniel, as Microsoft Most Valuable Professional maybe you can complain to
Microsoft MOM group about MP catalog.
As I wrote before the MP catalog on
http://www.microsoft.com/management/mma/catalog.aspx is useless:
there are no update date - just RTM date; therefore then I am looking for
SQL MP for example I don't know that SQL MP was updated on 8/31/2005 (same
thing for IIS, DNS, and others MP)
Also, Microsoft Windows Base Operating System MOM 2005 SP1 MP, for example,
altogether missing from catalog.
