MOM Reporting Error Please Help!!!!

Hi,

I have installed MOM and I am having problem opening MOM
reporting tool, i get the error

"The command line you used to start MS Access contains an
option that MS access does not recognise. exit and restart
MS access using a valid command line options."

I have tried opending this from the command line, programs
files but not matter what i do i keep getting the above
error. does anyone know what the problem is.
