MOM is out of the box collecting baseline data for your core 4 subsystems
(CPU-Mem-Disk-Ntwk), so reporting performance would be the challenge I presume.
You could try the \Operational Health Analysis\Performance Analysis report
which allows you to select counters of your choice. However, I believe the
default date range on the report is 7 days, so you'd need to export the report
and change the default date range to 24 hours.
