Network Monitoring

Hello;

I have a number of sites that connect to a server in one location. These
site only have a router, switch and users.

Is there a script or MP that I can use to monitor the network connection
through MOM WG? Let say ping the switches?

I had 3 sites go down this morning with no warning at all, and it would have
been nice if mom would of sent an alert to me.

Hi blaine,

You can use scripts to do that ping, www.systemcenterforum.org have a number
of ping scripts. You could also use SNMP to monitor network devices.
