OPS Discovery process RPC error

Hi,
I have SCOM server up but can't get the discovery process to work. I get
"RPC server unavailable" all DNS and services are up.
Any ideas?

Are all machines in the same domain as your ops mgr serveR?
Do you have any firewall in the network?
Does your machine have a local firewall or antivirus blocking network traffic?

Al machines are in the same domain, all within the same subnet so no
firewall, not sure about the AV blocking will have to check. FYI I'm running
HP SIM 5.1 on the same box and its discovery process works fine.
