MOM Connector Creation error

Hello All,

When I create the MOM connector ,it's pass throuh the the checks but after
it's installation the MOM server Administrator, reporting and managent
reports are not working.

It is not able to connect to the server too.

when I open the administrative console I get the message "MMC cannot
initialize the snap -in.

pls suggest what should I do.
