Local mailflow transactions are failing and other Exchange errors

I Have an Exchange 2007 server with SCOM 2007 wSP1 agent installed.
In my SCOM 2007 SP1 server i can see the following error/warning:

Error: Local mailflow transactions are failing.
Error: Remote mailflow transactions are failing.

Warning: Exchange ActiveSync connectivity (Internal) transaction failure.
The test credentials cannot be used to test Exchange ActiveSync.
Warning: The Outlook Web Access connectivity transaction failed running
in external mode. The test credentials cannot be used to test Outlook Web
Access.
Warning: The Outlook Web Access connectivity transaction failed running
in internal mode. The test credentials cannot be used to test Outlook Web
Access.
Warning: The Exchange Web Services connectivity transaction failed
running in internal mode. The specified credentials cannot be used to test
Exchange Web Services.

I use Microsoft.Exchange.2007 (converted).

How can i solve my problemas?
