Hello with all,
Do you know how to personalize the consoles scope
if it is not wanted that the DBA read alarms of exchange.
The technicians must see only the alerts from Hardware.

Thank you

To my knowledge, you can only seperate the alert from computers. You can not
redirect alert from eg. computer1 HW alerts to Tech department, and EX alerts
from computer1 to the exchange dept.
This will possible in ops07 :-)

Hi anders

I know you can do it with notification, but in the console without
creating/using some scripts you can not get this function. :-)

Yup, you cannot get that kind of granularity in the Ops console, if it
is really a must you have to setup multiple management groups for that
specific and multihome the agent (max of 4 mgmtgrps to report to)
