This question relates to MOM 2005. We currently have 2 management servers.
We're deploying a new management server to take place of one of them.
Installed MOM no problem. Then installed Websites and Services and select
defaults. Apparently that automatically made the new management server the
Active Agent and erased all Request Sequence Groups. When I run the
configuration wizard, the only option I have is create, no modify. I do still
have all the xml files. Is there any way to restore this data without the
.akm file? Can I create new request sequence groups and use the existing xml
files. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it was a lot of urls that
would need to be created. We do have a database backup if that is the way to
go.
Thanks
