Custom Management Pack upgrade compaible issue.

I have defined a library mp. The version one I have added account
RunAsProfile. but I found we not need this RunAsProfile. I need remove this
at version two. During I testing upgrade progress, the Management Pack failed
to import. The information say "SecureReference
[Test.MP.RunAsProfile.UserActionAccount] is not upgrade compatible". I thinks
this problem is I removed RunAsProfile from version two.
