Performance Threshold Alerts

I recenlty loaded the latest exchange 2007 MP into our MOM 2005 environment.
Everyone one of my exchange servers (all different roles) are generating the
following threshold alert: Performance Threshold: Processor\% Processor
Time threshold exceeded.

However, the actual threshold values show minimal values, like 0.1029384%.
(All less than 1%) These machines are generally very underutilized, so I
know they are not constained in anyway.

Additionally, other non-exchange servers that generate this alert show more
realistic threshold values, like 10.0398583% percent.

I posted this into the general forum because this specific alert is part of
the Windows OS pack, and not the exchange pack. I just don't understand
why every exchange server is generating this alert with very low threshold
values.
