MoM thinks that a SQL Job is still running

The SQL Server Agent Job "my SQL Agent Job" has breached the long
running job error threshold of 120 minutes. The job has been running
for 47517 minutes.

The job is not running when looking at the jobs in SQL server 2005. I
have restarted the SQL Agent service and MoM service on the server.
What conditions is it checking for that the job is still running?
