Running MOM2005 - Windows 2003SP2

Programmers have created a ASP page called MonitorPage.ASP.

They specified some error/codes in that page. So when the users browsing
our Intranet Application receive any of these errors mentioned in this ASP
page ....

They want MOM Server to monitor that HTTP page and if MOM sees those errors
received by any user we want to recycle that Default AppPool on that IIServer
6.0. And email us that the defaultapppool was recycled on the the servername.

Recyling App Pool and Emailing Scripts are in place ....

The trick is how do I configure MOM to look into that Monitorpage.asp??? I
have installed the IIS Management Pack and Web Sites and Services Management
pack also?

Any ideas please.
