Hi,

I need to write a SQL query to find the count/list of public folders
in an exchange environment form SystemCentreReporting (MOM 2005). Like
wise sql queries to find count/list of servers in an exchange
environment. Can you please help me where/how to find these data from
SystemCentreReporting database.

Thanks,
Daniel Felix.

Hi Daniel,

Have you looked at the default rules and see if there is anyone that you
can use as a foundation? Also look at the mailserver to see if there is a
performance counter showing number of public folders, then you can use a
simple performance report.

Hi Andres,

Can you please elaborate what you mentioned?

Because, I have the same requirement as Daniel requested. I need to get
report of existing Public folder and if new public folder created in ORG.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Abdul,

Is it exchange 2007? Then you can get it with power shell, and export the
result to Excel for example. If you want to audit when new public folders
are created I thjink you have raise the log level of your exchange machine
and then pickup the events generate by exchange when creating new public
folders. You can then create a report that list all these events.

Hi Abdul,

All that you can get from power shell in Exchange 2007, I dont know the exact
command, sorry, but I guess you can find it in a power shell group or if
you google it.
