Reports doesn't appear with any info.

I have a server running MOM 2005 with the MOM Reporting in one server
another server have the Onepoint DB on SQL 2005 and the SQL reporting
installed as well. I have a couple of MPs installed including the EXchange MP
to monitor an Exchange 2003 server and I am getting reports fine except for
one:
"Exchange 2003 Outlook Client Monitoring"

I keep getting this message when I try to run this report:
There is no data available for this report. This can occur when there is no
relevant data available for collection, the reports' dependent rules are not
enabled or when none of the relevant data has been copied to the Reporting
database.

I review the rules for measuring and all are enabled. I don't know what is
the problem here.

Any help and assitance will be greatly appreciated.
